Olorunsheyi and Ezekiel's new book, on Partnership finally launches

The launch of the book, “The Pertinence Way – Our Partnership Story,” written by Dr. Sunday Olorunsheyi and Mr. Wisdom Ezekiel, was one of the most anticipated events of the Pertinence Group for 2022. Realtors, team members, staff, and guests attended the event held at the Partinence Place on 15 Dec, 2022.

Dr. Olorunsheyi, who gave the inaugural statement, said that God alone served as the foundation for the organisation, which has been around for ten (10) years.

He added that when he met Mr. Wisdom Ezekiel, they had common beliefs and a convincing plan to leave a positive legacy in the years to come. Dr. Olorunsheyi also emphasized that the company’s goal is to be able to celebrate its centennial in partnership and in business because historically, there haven’t been many business relationships that have endured this long.

Speaking further, Mr. Ezekiel expressed his gratitude for the staff members’ and invited guests’ attendance. In addition, he emphasized how the collaboration narrative with Dr. Olorunsheyi had been unusual but extremely significant. He also mentioned how difficult the Pertinence path had been throughout the years.

Along with Dr. Olorunsheyi, Mr. Ezekiel predicted that the business’s next ten years will be filled with megaprojects. Speaking about the aims established at the outset of the cooperation, he noted that one of the company’s key goals was to construct more than a million homes in Africa.

Additionally, Mr. Wisdom announced that the company’s shares will soon be traded on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He thinks that African enterprises can improve Nigeria’s and Africa’s general economic status. The Pertinence Group is eager to digitalize the Nigerian real estate industry, he said.

The book “The Pertinence Way – Our Partnership Story,” which was published at this event also has several takeaways that would be very interesting to anyone who reads it, especially businessmen and women who are interested in finding partners. However, the founders noted that many partnerships in this region of the world have failed, which is what motivated their cooperation when addressing some of the book’s important points.

Ten (10) chapters make up the book, which is divided into sections about “Right Leadership,” “Right Systems,” “Lessons Learned,” “People,” “Disappointments,” and “Achievements” and much more.

The founders also mentioned the benefits of mentoring, and urged everyone to find a mentor to guide them in their professional development.

The co-founders proceeded to unveil the books, sign autographs, and take pictures to cap off the wonderful celebration and book launch.
